1. Seller

2. Product

Mini Configurator Pro is a software package delivered as a downloadable zip file. Its use is governed by the license agreement. The package is described at https://store.steildigital.nl/; a live demo is available there.

3. Price and VAT

Prices are in euro, excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout: 21% for customers in the Netherlands and for consumers in other EU countries; reverse charged (0%) for businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID; no VAT for customers outside the EU. The total is shown before you pay.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment is processed by Mollie B.V. After payment you receive a download link (valid 30 days, up to 10 downloads) and the invoice on the order page and by e-mail. Delivery is immediate.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, this right lapses once delivery starts, provided you expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right. The checkout asks you for exactly that. If the product does not work as described, contact us; we fix it or refund you.

6. Updates and support

Updates released within 12 months of purchase are included and can be downloaded again through your order page or a new link on request. Support is by e-mail, best effort.

7. Privacy

We store the data you enter at checkout (name, address, e-mail, VAT ID, country, IP address) and payment references to deliver the product, issue the invoice and meet our fiscal retention duty (7 years). Processors: Mollie (payment), Resend (e-mail), Moneybird (bookkeeping), Contabo (hosting, Germany). Visitor statistics come from a self-hosted Umami instance: no cookies, no personal data. We do not sell or share your data otherwise. Ask info@steildigital.nl to see or delete your data (invoices excepted, by law).

8. Complaints and law

Complaints: e-mail info@steildigital.nl; we reply within 5 working days. Dutch law applies. EU consumers may also use the European ODR platform.
