Mini Configurator Pro License Agreement

Version 1.0, September 2026. Licensor: Steil Digital, the Netherlands ("we"). By downloading or using Mini Configurator Pro (the "Software") you agree to these terms.

What you may do

  • Use it in unlimited projects, your own and your clients', commercial or not, for as long as you like.
  • Modify it. Change, extend and integrate the source code as you see fit.
  • Ship it. Deploy the compiled or source files as part of your websites and applications. End users of those sites need no license.
  • Solo license: one developer works with the Software. Team license: up to five developers within one company or agency.

What you may not do

  • Resell or redistribute the Software or a modified version of it as a product, template, theme, plugin, starter kit, package or SaaS whose main value is the configurator itself.
  • Publish the source code in a public repository or otherwise make it available to people outside your license.
  • Remove this license from the files, or claim the Software as your own work.

Building a configurator for a client and handing over the site, including the Software's files, is fine. Selling "a 3D configurator" as a stand-alone product built on this Software is not.

Updates and support

Your purchase includes all updates released within twelve months. After that the last version you downloaded remains yours to use under these terms. Support is by e-mail, best effort, for installation and configuration questions. No service level is promised.

Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Third-party components

Three.js (MIT), the DRACO decoder (Apache 2.0) and the meshopt decoder (MIT) are included under their own licenses. Sample textures and the sample model are generated and free to reuse.

Termination

The license ends if you break these terms. On termination you stop using and distributing the Software. Sections on warranty and liability survive.

Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
